Bearnaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    yolks of 3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Heat vinegar and pour on well beaten egg yolks; set bowl with mixture over hot water.
    Stir constantly until thick.
    Remove from heat; add butter a half teaspoon at a time and blend into sauce.
    Season with salt and paprika.
    Good served over steak.
