Lemon Nut Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 oz. lemon extract
    8 oz. red cherries
    8 oz. green cherries
    1 box white raisins
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    6 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, extract, 3 cups flour and baking powder.
    Mix one cup flour with cut up fruit and raisins.
    Add fruit with creamed mixture.
    Add nuts last.
    Pour into lined 10-inch Bundt pans.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
