Mulled Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peel of 1/2 medium orange
    peel of 1/2 medium lemon
    3 tsp. cloves
    4 tsp. allspice
    3 cinnamon sticks (about 2 inches long)
    2 bottles dry red wine
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. brandy
    brown sugar to taste
    honey to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine all ingredients except brown sugar and honey.
    Stirring frequently, cook over medium heat until near boiling.
    Add brown sugar and honey to taste.
    Serve in mugs.
