Lime Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

17 large marshmallows
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped English walnuts
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
bibb lettuce

Preparation

Melt marshmallows in hot water.
Do not add any more water as you are adding a different type of liquid later.
Then add lime gelatin.
Cool.
Then add drained crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and walnuts.
Finally, fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
