Sweet Potato Casserole Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo (1 stick), softened
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes.
Mix sugar, oleo, eggs, vanilla and milk to sweet potatoes.
Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
