Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 bell peppers
1 c. onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. parsley
2 lb. shrimp
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Clean shrimp and wash them.
Cut bell peppers in half.
Wash them.
Place them in pot with two cups of water.
Steam them.
In a large skillet, simmer onion, garlic, celery and parsley in 1/4 tablespoon of margarine for 10 minutes.
Then add shrimp and bread crumbs.
Simmer on low heat until shrimp turn pink and bread crumbs brown.
Stuff the shrimp dressing into peppers and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
