Sausage Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 egg and 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can green chiles, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick with milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
    Put in well-greased casserole dish (patting down dough), 7 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch.
    Saute sausage and onions, drain well on paper towels. Spread on top of Bisquick mix.
    Beat 1 egg and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese and chilies.
    Pour over top and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cut in squares and serve for breakfast or brunch.
