Roasted Tomato And Mozzarella Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rotelle (corkscrew) pasta, uncooked
    3 c. roasted tomatoes
    1 large green or yellow bell pepper, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. mild red onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/3 c. prepared red wine vinaigrette salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl.
    Cut the roasted tomatoes into large chunks and add to the pasta along with the bell pepper, Mozzarella cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour the salad dressing on top and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
