Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream the oleo, sugar and egg yolks.
Add raisins, nuts, vanilla and salt.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Bake in tart shells or pie crust at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 16 tarts.
