Venison Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison, fried and crumbled
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bag taco chips, crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients just before serving.
    Add chips last. Lo-cal Russian dressing can be used if you like.
