Peach Ginger Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
6 large peaches
1/4 c. crystallized ginger, chopped
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 box yellow cake mix
2 c. pecans, chopped or whole
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
Preparation

Preheat
oven to 250\u00b0.
Grease a deep
dish
pie
plate with the 2 tablespoons of butter.
Peel and slice peaches; mix with ginger and place in deep dish.
Sprinkle with sugar, then put on the dry cake mix.
Put pecans over
the
cake
mix
and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Melt the one stick of
butter
and drizzle
it over
the top.
Bake for 2
hours.
Garnish
with whipped cream or ice cream.
Serves 6 to 8.
