Babi Ketsap(Pork In Soy Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut in cubes
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. ginger
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Brown the meat in about 1/3 cup hot oil. Add the garlic, onions and nutmeg.
    Mix well and add 1/2 cup water.
    Add soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Simmer on low until done.
    Finish with pepper.
    (As soy sauce is usually salty, salt probably is not necessary.) Serve with rice.
