Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add onions and bell pepper; saute. Add sauce and sugar; heat.
Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of casserole, then layer noodles, meat sauce and grated Mozzarella. Keep layering ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted (about 30 minutes).
You may add mushrooms to sauce if desired.
Freezes well.
