Normandy Farm Famous Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and sugar.
    Add flour and mix for 1 minute.
    Do not overmix.
    Preheat popover pan with 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in each cup for 10 minutes.
    When hot, fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for an additional 30 minutes.
    Be sure popovers are cooked inside to prevent from collapsing.
