Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sour milk (buttermilk is better)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add sugar, liquids, dry ingredients and flavoring.
    Chill.
    On a floured bread board, pat out dough.
    Cut with doughnut cutter.
    Drop into hot shortening to cook.
    Deep fat fryer best to use.
