Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups water
12 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
4 cups chopped broccoli
2 packages chicken broth mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups skim milk
6 oz. pasteurized cheese spread, cubed
Preparation

In large stock pot put water, potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, broccoli, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Blend flour with milk.
Slowly add to vegetables stirring constantly until it thickens.
Add cheese cubes and stir until melted and smooth.
Serves 4.
