Greens And Sardine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. sardines in olive oil, drained
3/4 c. onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
4 plum tomatoes, cubed (1 1/2 c.)
4 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
7 c. salad greens
Preparation

Cut sardines into 1-inch pieces.
Place all the ingredients, except the greens, in a salad bowl and stir gently to combine.
At serving time, add the greens to the bowl and toss to coat them with the dressing.
Serve immediately.
