Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
1/2 c.(1 stick) margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 box Jiff corn muffin mix
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Melt margarine (or butter) in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake about 30 minutes until set and light brown.
