Haggis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheep's pluck: heart, liver and lungs
    1 sheep's stomach
    1/4 lb. suet
    1/2 lb. oatmeal
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
Preparation
    Wash stomach with cold water.
    Bring to a boil in a pan of water, scrape and clean; leave overnight.
