Methodist Hospital Pea And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas (approximately 1 1/2 c.), drained (can use frozen, uncooked peas if desired)
    1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese (can use Cheddar or American cheese if desired)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together gently, adding more cheese or mayonnaise, if desired.
    Serves 4.
