Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
3 large green peppers, cored and finely chopped
2 large yellow onions, finely chopped
10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and allow to set overnight.
Recipe may be halved or doubled and canned according to canning directions.
