Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tart apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash, pare and core apples.
    Cut in 1/4-inch slices.
    Butter baking dish and put in sliced apples.
    Pour the water over them. Work the sugars, flour and butter together until crumbly.
    Spread over apple mixture and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
