Texas Ranch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In large pan, mix the first 3 ingredients.
Bring to boil; remove from heat.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Pour all into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan (jelly roll pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
