Low-Fat Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. Kraft Healthy Favorites Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt substitute
    dash of pepper
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add macaroni.
    Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    Cover pan; remove from heat.
    Let stand 12 minutes. Drain and rinse immediately.
