Polynesian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. mild sausage
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 pkg. Lipton noodle soup mix
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper.
    Cook with sausage.
    Bring water to boil and add soup mix and rice.
    Cook for 7 minutes.
    Add to meat and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add pimento and water chestnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
