Beef Teriyaki Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef sirloin or round steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sherry wine
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
    1 slivered green onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    rice, if desired
Preparation
    Put beef in freezer for 2 hours so it will slice evenly.
    Slice beef into very thin strips about 2-inches wide and 4 inches long. Mix other ingredients together and pour over steak, making sure each piece gets covered.
    Let stand about 1 hour to marinate at room temperature.
    Place on skewers and broil 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
    Serve with rice, if desired.
