Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. All-Bran
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside. In a large bowl, combine bran and milk; let stand 3 minutes.
    Add egg and oil to flour mixture.
    Combine all and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
