Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts
    1 onion
    1 c. water
    salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    2 cans water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Add remaining 6 ingredients to cooked broccoli and onion. Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake slow, so it's not watery. Crumble one tube Ritz/Town House with 1/2 stick margarine.
    Top casserole with topping with 10 minutes to go in cooking time.
