Cheese Filled Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    2 to 3 slices American cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (mix 1/3 c. tomato sauce into mixture and save the rest)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Roll on waxed paper 10 to 12 inches; then put Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Roll up and seal ends.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil.
    Drain juice.
    Pour on the saved tomato sauce. Bake 15 minutes more.
