Really Fast Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 1 lb. any kind fish fillet (sole is best)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. any old white wine
    couple of generous splashes of concentrated lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Line your broiler pan bottom with aluminum foil (you can use any baking dish you want).
    Dot with dabs of margarine.
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Place in pan.
    Dot fish with dabs of margarine. Pour the wine and splash the lemon juice over the fish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (or until fish flakes).
