Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 qt. V-8 juice
    2 cans Del Monte Mexican stewed tomatoes, pureed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 Tbsp. (or more) chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 cans Bush's chili hot beans
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, brown ground chuck with onion and garlic; drain fat.
    Return meat to pots and add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Turn heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
