Florentine Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. fresh spinach or 1 can drained well
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
1 c. white rice, cooked
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
