Sesame Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch diagonally and/or broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add vegetables and saute over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add water and cover.
    Simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in sesame seed and serve.
    Carrots and onion complement the sweetness of each other.
