Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
    Pour into pastry shell (crimp edges high, filling is generous).
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
