Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
4 green bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 lb. ground sausage (hot, mild, your choice)
1 small white onion, diced fine
spices (your choice, oregano, basil, season pepper, fennel)
6 tomatoes (medium), chopped
2 tsp. crushed garlic (1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
6 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with Pam. Cook meats over medium heat. Drain. Add butter, onions, garlic and seasonings. Add 3/4 of tomatoes; simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
