Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened (no substitute)
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Add the confectioners sugar and brown sugar gradually, beating until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill, covered, for 2 hours. Place on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll the ball in chopped nuts. Serve with graham crackers, graham cracker sticks or vanilla wafers.
