Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Gruyere cheese
    1 pkg. romaine lettuce
    1 shallot onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 anchovie (per person)
    white vinegar
    croutons
    1 egg yolk (per person)
    olive oil
Preparation
    Squeeze garlic juice and rub in round wooden bowl.
    Cut up shallot and anchovies.
    Put 1 egg yolk per person.
    Slowly pour olive oil.
    Mix until it becomes pasty.
    Add vinegar until smooth. Add lettuce, cheese and croutons.
    Chill and serve.
