Round Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour, divided
    2 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 large potatoes, quartered
    4 large carrots, halved
    4 small onions, halved
    4 stalks celery, halved
    1 can tomato soup
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Shake 1 tablespoon flour into cooking bag; place in a 2-inch deep pan.
    Pound rest of flour, salt and pepper into steak.
    Cut into 5 pieces; place in cooking bag.
    Arrange vegetables around steak.
    Combine bouillon and tomato soup; pour over steak.
    Secure bag; make 6 slits in top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
