Studenetz(Jellied Pig Feet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork feet
    3 pork hocks
    2 lb. beef or beef shank
    2 bay leaves
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    salt to taste
    3 peppercorns
    water (to cover meat)
    3 crushed garlic cloves
Preparation
    Wash feet and hocks well.
    Scrape skin and rinse.
    Soak beef shank in cold water to take out blood.
    Place in large soup pot all the meat.
    Add enough water to cover, about 2 inches above meat.
    Cook on medium heat, skimming off scum, about 1 hour.
