Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    8 oz. sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Grate cheese and add soup, mayonnaise, onion and egg.
    Mix well.
    Drain broccoli and add to cheese mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Crush enough crackers to cover top of casserole (I use Ritz).
    Pat with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
