French Herb Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix eggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl with mixer or fork.
Heat butter in nonstick pan until it almost starts to brown.
Add egg mixture and shake and stir until set.
Just before folding, add fines herbs (parsley, chives, basil, chervil) to center.
Serves 1.
(Can be made with 2 large eggs.)
