Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. milk
    3 1/3 c. whole wheat flour (don't substitute)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the shortening and sugar together. Add eggs, pumpkin and milk.
    In separate bowl, blend dry ingredients.
    Add to pumpkin mixture.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Bake muffins 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen.
