Oven-Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole or flounder fillets
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    breadcrumbs
    paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Thinly coat fish fillets with mayonnaise; dredge in breadcrumbs.
    Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
    Yield: 3 to 4 servings.
