White Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped or broken white chocolate
1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

In a small pan, melt chocolate in hot water over low heat. Cool.
Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt, margarine and buttermilk.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Add eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla.
Add nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
