Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 med chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 -8 oz cans tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp vinegar
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp mustard
    1 C fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 C water
    3 Tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
    Form into loaf and place in a shallow 7 x 10 inch pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over loaf.
    Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350.
    Baste often during baking.
    Makes 6 servings.
