3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. cored, sliced tart apples
1 lb. ham steak
Preparation

In skillet, melt margarine until sizzling; stir in brown sugar and mustard.
Add apples; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until apples are crisp-tender (5 to 7 minutes).
Place ham steak in same skillet, arranging apples on top.
Cover; continue cooking until ham steak is heated through (5 to 7 minutes).
