Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 stick oleo
1 c. chopped onion
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Use a 4-quart Dutch oven or saucepan.
Melt oleo and saute onion.
Add broccoli and stir.
Add soup; stir and simmer.
After several minutes, add the Cheez Whiz; stir.
When cheese is melted, add the rice.
If too thick, add a little water.
Put in casserole.
Freeze or cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
