Drip Pan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese or other cheese
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and then crumbled
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool.
    Mix with cheese.
    Layer all in a greased dripping pan.
    Sprinkle cornflakes over top.
    Dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
