Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (undrained)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
    additional stuffing mix
Preparation
    Flake salmon and combine with other ingredients; blend well and chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into patties and dip in additional stuffing mix.
    Fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
