Light Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 to 2/3 c. milk
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In large bowl, slightly beat egg.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening and milk; mix well.
    Add yeast mixture; mix well.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Knead well with greased hands.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Knead down and form into small balls size of walnuts.
    Turn in oil.
    Put 2 per muffin tin for Parker House rolls and 3 per muffin tin for cloverleaf.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
